Hi,

for hours i try to connect my Wii with my PC (yes they are on the same network) but i always fail.
So here is what i did:

First i right clicked on the folder (in this case drive) and click on safety and security (my windows is german)

then to sharing and enable it:

Now i checked the IP of my computer in the cmd:

Here is my smb file of mplayer-ce (doesnt work):

#Max 5 samba shares (review menu.conf to add more samba browsing)

#no ip or no share means samba disabled

#It's important use quotes (") on shares with blank spaces, see example 2

The second one is from the Vista PC and works. So it has to be a problem with XP.
It doesn´t matter if i use (admin) login or not (see 1 and 3), it fails.

And so it fails in Wiimc too.

Any idea?
I know my english is bad but hopefully you can understand me.
