I have read through all of the smb threads, and none are any help.

I have a desktop with an external HDD. For a router, I have a D-Link DIR-655. I have no issues sharing the external drive over my network with other computers. When connecting with my wii, I usually have no issue when I first turn my wii on. After maybe an hour or so, I will lose the connection to the external, and will get the unable to connect to SMB message. Usually this is fixed by rebooting the computer or sometimes rebooting the wii works. Any ideas how to fix this?
