    I have two hard drives. One is NTFS and one is FAT32. WiiMC recognizes the NTFS fine when I add it as a SMB share but it will not connect to the FAT32 share.
    I’m using 1.0.1.
    Is this a known issue?

    The type of drive doesn’t matter when it’s a SMB share.

    All my shares are from NTFS partitions, so can’t try myself, sure you’ve filled in the settings correctly? …

    Ashare type shouldnt matter what type of partition it is on, it is more likely a share permission right, permissions may differ on FAT32 to NTFS, just double check you have the permissions correct, maybe try making sure the share name is less than 8 character (just guessing here).

    Just an update…only way I got it to work was to convert my fat32 drive to NTFS. Works fine now. Very strange. Triple checked my settings before I converted. Oh well..works with NTFS fine. Thanks for all the suggestions.
