Solution.
The main idea is to transform RSS feed to playlist outside the wiimc.
Thanks to wiimc to support playlists such as *.pls.
We need to upload 2 files to any PHP hosting.
1. PHP script http://codewut.de/content/convert-rss-podcast-feed-pls-playlist thanks to author.

On wiimc site we need to edit onlinemedia.xml in wiimc dir and for example add the following strings.
The first line is RSS from BBC Click audio podcast.
The second line is RSS from TED talks video feed.
