YouTube’s been down for the last few days, it searches videos fine but when I select a video it gives an “Error loading YouTube video” message.

same issue youtube will load videos but wont play, wtf

i found more info on the youtube problem in the forums, tantric said its not down but they updated the servers and something in the addresses changed so wiimc needs to be updated to reflect the new urls that youtube’s php servers send out after the update

i had a question about wiimc’s online media xml document,
is it possible to run other media websites off the xml document, for example could i run hulu off wiimc if i changed the xml documents ip address and website information?

What if i downgrade it to 1.1.7 ?

@DjKizonez That won’t work, YouTube stopped working way after 1.8.0’s release so downgrading won’t fix it. Radio stations work differently, if one’s not working that means it’s offline, that it’s not 24/7

I’m starting to get a little impatient for the next update.

First of all, thank you for the big work developing this HB.

I have a problem with my “WD My Passport Essential 320Gb” film disk. It is “as is”, so has 2 partitions inside: the film partition (NTFS) and the WD partition maked from WD (i haven’t deleted it yet). The problem is that when I watch a film, a popup exit at random film duration time saying “Can’t read from USB) and then I have to exit and reenter WiiMC, with all films.

The other minor problem is that I can’t watch .mp4 files. It buffers but the vision in not fluid and wii controller do not respond quickly.
