adjust the playback control bar position

Can i adjust the playback control bar position on screen?

My son likes to watch Japanese anime and the subtitles are embedded in the video.
But the playback control bar is on top of subtitles …
I wish I could move this bar to any position on the screen.

Is there some setting I can use?

Move the cursor off the screen and the bar will disappear in a few seconds.

yes, I read about it. help, but as the sound is too loud at times and other low, always have to control the volume that hinders reading.
The ideal height is able to remove the legend

Use + and – for volume. You cannot move the bar.

It’s not realy solve my problem. When I use + and – for volume, could be only the volume bar and not the entire bar.

this may be a suggestion for new versions
