AVI files won’t play after update 1.2.3

After WiiMC performed the 1.2.3 update online AVI files appear to load to a point and then just hang. I copy 1.2.2 back onto the SD and don’t accept the update and everything works fine again.

Same here, but actually they play after you reboot a couple of times your wii.

I too am getting constant crashes trying to play videos. It loads for a few seconds and then just hangs. Have had to reboot the machine a dozen times in just the past few days. I will be downgrading as this update just doesn’t cut it.
