Command line parameters for WIIMC

I would like to be able to launch wiimc from the command line via wiiload or from another program that passes command line parameters. To do the following:-

Play a specific video or audio file
View Specific Picture or initiate a slideshow from specific folder of pictures
Play specific online media
Resume specified file from its last position (bookmark)

Is any of this possible? I have been using wiiload and wiimc with random switches but cannot get it to do any of the above. Any help is apreciated.

I Would Also like to know the answer to this question for another reason.Does wiimc accept any arguments at all ??
So far i have found none.

All the parameters are provided by the settings.xml file.

is there away to applly a new gui without messing up the settings and wiimc plus needs improvement in a lot of areas o team wiimc just think of making a brand new gui just think on it and the menu needs a total makeover and add options to add stream by typing it in a url and play all music with out playlist thank you

If you want new features move to DLNA Compliant hardware and software. All my efforts now go into Serviio. WIIMC and WIIMC+ are at end of life for any changes.
