I would like to see some sort of overlays displayed when watching video for debugging purposes. Simple text would work great, perhaps white text when a black box behind it so we can view it on any video. Something very simplistic.
Things like:
Buffer State
Codecs Detected
Transfer Rates (SMB)
useful things for troubleshooting router / wiimc buffering issues. I feel this info might actually serve useful when trying to pinpoint down why users are getting crash dumps when streaming/transferring video over smb via wifi.
