IOS 202 Installer:Can’t Find a vulnerable IOS!

Hello.
I am here to discuss my main focus. I want to play DVDs on my Wii.

I tried running one through WiiMC ,but it says,

Use IOS 202 Installer for DVD support

, or something like that. So I get it and run it(IOS 202 Installer) and it comes up saying…

Error
Could not find a vulnerable IOS! Run DOP-Mii or Trucha Bug Restorer to install one

First off,I have no idea what an IOS is!I don’t know what it does.
Second, What the heck are these other applications are and what do they do!
Third, All I want to do is get my wii to play DVDs.

I need something that tells me what to do step-by-step.

Yes, and I don’t want to play DVD’s and like you I am now presented with a constant error message nag that IOS202 is not installed.Unfortunately my request to turn off the 202 nag has been rejected, so everytime I move across the top menu bar I get an error. Kinda ruins what other wise is a fairly good menu design.
