    I still don’t understand why ISO files over SMB would be slow, when others like popcorn hour etc can stream those over the network, wireless, like wii is!?

    Could you at least make a hidden way to enable them, via config for example? So not anybody can enable them via the menu.

    Hidden or not doesn’t matter, you just use ISOs or you don’t 😛
    And it’s easier to add it to the list of allowed formats than to make an option for it

    So I am a bit confused by the last view post…. Will iso from usb 2.0 be on next release? I dont even know how to set up smb nor do i have the room on my comp for many files. i would love to be able to back up in iso format on my external hdd. Thanks for all the great work and dedication.

    ISO will be an allowed extension on the next release.
