No subtitles @ Network share

    Hi all,

    I’m very pleased by the WIIMC application. I just use it and I really like it already.
    But i just stumbled on a problem.
    I tried to play a movie from a network location with an .srt file.
    He plays the fine but there are no subtitles.
    When i copy the movie to my SD card with the .srt file, it just works fine.

    What can it be? Aren’t .srt files supported from the network?

    I’m using WIIMC 1.3.1 btw

    Always worked fine for me. Are the filenames identical?

    Yes they are.
    Like i said: It works fine from my SD card.

    Don’t know what went wrong, but it only appears to go wrong at that file.

    Other movies works fine with subtitles.

    Thanks anyways.

    The subtitle file may be in unicode. Open it in notepad and save it in ANSI.
