Offline IOS 202?

Hi all,
Is there an offline installation of IOS 202 around? I would like USB 2.0, but my wii cannot connect to the internet. The wiibrew article seems to imply there is an offline installation, but it just points to the download page. I was trying to search this forum, but the search terms “offline” “ios” and “202” were all “too common.”

An alternative would have been MPlayer CE’s 202, but the link to the offline guide is broken, and the normal installer also requires internet. I’ve been scouring the net for the offline guide but have not been able to find a thing.

Well, I guess I haven’t scoured everything yet!
Found some possible answers on the last two pages of this forum.
I’ll try them out and relay my results.

Got it to work! Apparently I didn’t read the wiibrew page thoroughly enough.

I followed tj_cool’s procedure.
