    MPlayer-CE has the deinterlace filter but current version WiiMC doesn’t.
    Is it possible to add that in future version?

    can you explain how you activate the dinterlace filter in mpce?

    Add “vf=pp=lb” to mplayer.conf file then MPlayer-CE can deinterlace with interlaced frames.
