Playing off netowrk works great for 1.5 hours then it sucks

Hi there,

I have a bunch of vob files from dvd’s i own on a DNS-323 (have little kids and they kill dvd’s to easy) and set up a smb server on there to stream wirelessly through my WRT54 gl and i have tried watching xmen but about 1.5 hrs into the movie it starts buffering like crazy.

have set up the wii on a static ip adress as well

this makes no sense to me why it would play so long and then start buffering. any ideas?

This usually happens to me when other stuff is happening over the wireless network. I setup QOS and gave the Wii priority and havn’t had a problem since.

I would check into that.
