A new plugin for vlc-shares is available: RealDebrid

Allow to use Real-Debrid.com or Real-Debrid.fr premium account while watching video from many hoster. Megavideo/Megaupload/Megaporn videos can be watched without limits from 10am to 12am (GMT +1) with free account too.

This plugin allow to watch videos from:

– Megaporn
– Megaupload
– Megavideo
– RapidShare
– VideoBB
– CBS
– Hulu
– 2Shared
– CWtv
– Videoweed
– bitshare.com
– filefactory.com
– hotfile.com
– justin.tv

The plugins can be installed automatically in the vlc-shares 0.5.4’s installation process or manually using the Plugin Installer as usual.

Warning: a real debrid premium account is required (or a free account from 10am to 12am), otherwise links will not work. If you haven’t a real debrid premium account, you have to disable this plugin to make links work.

A new version of real-debrid (0.1.2) is available with huge improvements:
– updated to new site layout
– new hoster added: VIDEOZER, HULU(plus), CWTV, CBS, Videoweed and 2Shared
– auto selected stream is always the last one (if more than one is available),
usually SD quality
– improved authentication cache system

Using this version will be possible to add hulu videos in the “online library” and watch them in wiimc. Enjoy

Can this plugin still be used with a free account during “Happy Hours”? Also, would this plugin make it unecessary for me to work on a Novamov plugin? After looking at their site it seems that real-debrid also has Novamov as a host

The only usable hosters i found in “Happy hours” are the free one (for example youtube). In the past, mega-family was available in happy hours.

Your work on novamov is a great thing because allow anyone without a real-debrid premium account to use novamov.

OK I upgraded to premium for 30 days just to see how well it works. I am very impressed! I will eventually figure out Novamov but I wanted to try real-debrid just to keep the wife happy until I get Novamov working as a stand-alone hoster plugin.

Will the Real-Debrid plugin work with Icefilms now that they support Rapidshare and 2shared links?

open library/X/VlcShares/Plugins/Helper/Hoster/RealDebridRapidShare.php

and change line 6 from:

const PATTERN = '/http://((www.)?)rapidshare.com/files/(?P.+)/';

to:

const PATTERN = '/https?://((www.)?)rapidshare.com/files/(?P.+)/';

Icefilms’s rapidshare files use https, so normal pattern ignore them. Adding the ‘s?’ will catch both types.

Awesome! that fixed it for Rapidshare…2shared links still do not work in Icefilms for me, but Rapidshare works perfectly

2shared doesn’t work because real-debrid support for it doesn’t work well. can’t be fixed from my side…

2shared is really unstable. I don’t know the exact quota limit for it. anyway it works for me (sometimes)
