Ok, so I tried playing navi-x playlisted videos, but they don’t play well. They come out pixelated, distorted, and out of sync, like the files were damaged or something. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Well this is an issue with a WiiMC codec then. I was told yesterday a recently discovered issue with .flv files causes them to not playback correctly. I am assuming you are talking about this. REMEMBER, Navi-X DOES NOT host video files, just links to them on the internet. If something is not working correctly during playback, this issue has something to do with the codecs or how WiiMC plays back content. All content in Navi-X works fine via a browser or Navi-X on Windows, Mac, Linux, AppleTV, and Original Xbox as well and everything plays fine there. Need proof?! Check the Navi-X Simulator at http://navix.turner3d.net for evidence.

I don’t know what the procedure for reporting playback errors is, but if someone from Team WiiMC wants to chime in, be my guest.

I’m experiencing exactly the same problem. Motion in videos is very fluid but pixels are slowly refreshed and the picture becomes a big mess.

Well as long as you all recognize Team WiiMC has to address these issues, that’s all that matters. This issue is related to WiiMC’s ability to playback video content, so whenever Tantric and Rodries can address these concerns, you will be able to play these video types successfully. Remember, the project is only a week old so give it some time! They will get to it!
