If you mean you want it to play MP3, it already does

Well doesn’t your plasma do it automatically? I know my HDTV does when it’s been at a paused screen or the like for more than 10minutes….

Ya, it does turn itself off when there’s a blank screen for a fixed time but it doesn’t seem to do that when there’s a still image…

i think this would be awesome, too. and maybe some kind of visual eq on the screen when playing music.

I would love it if it would at very least blank the screen after a period of no video activity.

Maybe dim after 5 minutes, blank after 10, or maybe user configurable steps.

Actual screensavers would be nice, but dimming/blanking would suffice for me.

Music visualizations would be nice too, but not as easy as screen savers, and no where near as easy as dimming/blanking, so way lower on my nice to have list than the other options…
