seekbar feedback

When you’re trying to find a certain time in a video it’s hard to find the exact spot on the seekbar. My suggestion is to give the user feedback about the potential time jump when hovering the seekbar. It’s like in the picture of youtube, except this time hovering in stead of dragging.
