video playback stops

Hello,

Love this app was very easy to get smb working (mplayer wasnt working). but I have one problem when my wiimote turns off so does the movie … i went though the settings and didn’t find anything I also searched Google and here and didn’t find an answer.

Does the wiimote sync back up? It could be that the application is freezing and so the wiimote lights go out.

Does this happen no matter what file you play? Video only?

I haven’t played anything but video with wiimc but the files I am playing are mpeg’s in dvd format 2,700kps 720×480 29.97fps…. I hate searching for the dvds so i just put them on my pc for my xbox and wii to watch them with out having to get up and the kids don’t destroy the disc … but this problem is interment it doesn’t happen every movie or all the time …

but to answer your question the wiimote syncs right back as soon as i hit a button… I also tried to update the ios’s on my console as they were very out of date and the problem is not as bad now but it will still do it.
