Video stops playing

I’m having a very strange problem.
During watching a .mkv file (sd quality) the video freeze but the sound goes on.
There’s only one solution for this = hard reset the wii. After this it runs fluently until the next time. For one episode of a serie I have to reset it severeal times and this is really annoying.

How can I fix this issue.
