[WIIMC] 1.1: Subtitles files call WiiMC crash

Hello internets,

I have recently upgraded from WiiMC 1.0.9 to 1.1.0, and have found that playing any video file that is contained in a folder containing a subtitle file (eg *.srt) will cause WiiMC to crash with a big spluttering of code-dumps.

Is this a known bug, or due to my installation?

I have installed WiiMC as a Wii Channel, and am playing my videos from an attached USB Harddrive (WD 500GB).

Perhaps you are missing subfont.ttf?

Try going into Settings > Subtitles and turning off Visibility.

Subfont.ttf MUST now be in the APPFOLDER which for WIIMC is “/apps/wiimc “
If my Enhancement Pack patch has been applied it must be in “/apps/wiimc-plus”
Previously this file needed to be in the directory where the .dol loaded from but 1.1.0 changed it to a fixed directory.

Copying the file worked perfectly.. I think it may have been missing from a previous version..?
