I think you ought to make a tutorial on how to add youtube to WiiMC. I like WiiMC’s concept and their GUI, and I’m excited that it can play everything fullscreen. I would like to know, however, if Youtube can be played fullscreen and how does it work on WiiMC. I dislike Internet Channel’s Youtube XL because it can’t play fullscreen. So could you please make a guide for it?

If you want more, my WIIMC+ has enhanced Youtube Exploring support and written documentation.June 5, 2012 at 6:39 pm #30256LacrymologyParticipantIt says no network or something like that. Have I missed something? Do I have to set up the SMB? I have internet connection in homebrew and system menu.

SMB: has nothing to do with this part of it,but you could set one up to test your wii’s ability to Wifi.
June 6, 2012 at 7:03 pm #30259LacrymologyParticipantThanks, it doesn’t, because I downloaded the (Update) and not the (New Install). It seems more people are downloading the (Update). Since they were uploaded on the same date, which one is the latest version, and which is better in terms of addition and fixes.
June 6, 2012 at 8:10 pm #30260rodriesKeymasterThey are the same version. The upgrade file doesn’t include the online media xml because that file may have been customized by the user.
June 6, 2012 at 8:19 pm #30261bobnabobParticipantI believe we are at v1.2.7 now. Personaly i think v1.2.4 and up,seem to be my choice. I never really had a major problems with any of them, but the eairlier versions might not work with the newer wiimote.
June 6, 2012 at 8:29 pm #30262LacrymologyParticipantOk, well, I think the Youtube Feature of WiiMC is absolutely great! 😆 FULLSCREEN IS AWESOME! I wish that you could select the video like in Youtube XL then play it in fullscreen (like merging the two features). Nothing is perfect though, I’ll have to admit that. Could you like make a playlist of videos. Because usually when searching chain videos it only shows the videos that are the first episode for each submitter. Can you also view individual authors and check their videos and make a playlist? If not, perhaps this could be some feature suggestions for Youtube.

June 7, 2012 at 6:24 pm #30264LacrymologyParticipantI’m sorry for the inconvenience and rushed posting. I just found out about (above mentioned) right after posting. Thanks for everything.
