BicetParticipant
Why can’t you release an already compiled version of this, so those who are not so technical, can easy access this awesome enhancement too?
September 16, 2010 at 9:20 am in reply to: Delete WiiMC from SD card after installing channel #26991BicetParticipantI don’t see the positive in that you want to delete the software from the SD card, when a “channel” is installed !?
What’s the reason for wanting to do that?
It’s not like it take up a BIG amount of space. It’s like on a PC, when you install a software there, an icon is installed on the desktop, it’s just a shortcut, if you delete the software installed, the shortcut stops working.
BicetParticipantHave you enabled the subtitles in the settings?
After that, have you tried to press the UP button when watching the movie?Have you checked that the .srt files really are srt files?
Try open them in Subtitle Workshop and see if they open, if they do, try save them and see if anything changesBicetParticipantWhy most 20 ?
The majority of a, say a season of a TV show is 22 episodes.
And many of them even have 23-24 episodes.May 12, 2010 at 10:35 pm in reply to: Add an option to select dimension and color of .srt subs #25235BicetParticipantI would also like to see this feature.
As everyone is saying it’s too big now.But I can live with it till it’s implemented, because the most important about subtitles was implemented in 1.0.2.
And that was that you could have prefixes on your subtitlefiles, like .eng.srt .swe.srt etc.Keep up the good work!
BicetParticipantHappens for me to, when pressing left or right couple of times, or on the time line.
It’s through the SMB and just regular TV-show avi’s.
I’m on 1.0.2.BicetParticipantYou have a couple of asian movies in /Movies
It’s named asianmovie01.avi
The subtitlefile should be something like asianmovie01.srt or in some other format
asianmovie02.avi and sub asianmovie02.srtWhy would that be a pain ?
Or it’s even better to have a folder for every movie, like /Movies/Asianmovie01/ and /Movies/Asianmovie02/.
Where you have your asianmovie01.avi and .srt. in /Movies/Asianmovie01/ etc.BicetParticipantI would like to see this too!
It’s an awesome feature that most of the media centers both stand alone and software, like xbmc and such.
Also DVD stand alones with divx/xvid playback use this too.I have my subtitles in both english and swedish and is formated like the original post.
And it is used quite common with downloadable subtitles.BicetParticipantA letterbox setting for those that have 4:3 TV’s would solve that problem, like there is on different TV boxes, DVD players and such. In my opinion it’s too much work to change the zooming manually to 92% all the time.
But I don’t know if there is a letterbox setting at the moment, I’ve just tried this a couple of days and it was too unstable for the moment for me to continue to use it until next version.
BicetParticipantI still don’t understand why ISO files over SMB would be slow, when others like popcorn hour etc can stream those over the network, wireless, like wii is!?
BicetParticipantHow is FLAC supported?
When I browse my SMB share with only FLAC music, I only see my FLAC folders and when I browse them, I can’t see the tracks.
If there is a playlist present and I try to open it, it just gives me an error.Edit:
Ah, I forgot that I have posted this 😀
Yes, I can play FLAC files too, I was just in my FLAC folder from the VIDEO button, so no FLAC files was listed.
I should have come back and edited my post if I remembered that I had posted this. -
