OK, let us know how the installation of your new drive goes.
cadbuscaParticipantSame as any downloaded SD movie that will fit on a CD. XVID ~700MB.
cadbuscaParticipantIt really blows my mind why so many people are trying to use a $300 WII in place of a $30 progressive scan DVD player, and then complain about the lack of function if they do get it to sort of work! Go by a DVD player on Amazon.
cadbuscaParticipantno
cadbuscaParticipantRead the forums. New WII’s do not play DVD’s.
cadbuscaParticipantAspect Ratio now working??? it was never broken AFAIK.
The green tick comes from the restore_points file so if you get them then your SD has been accessed OK so there should be no reason that the settings.xml could not be accessed.
First just try opening settings.xml with explorer to see if it is a valid .xml file with no errors.
Second, try deleting the settings.xml and let wiimc rebuild it.
Third, try reinstalling.cadbuscaParticipantThe point is that’s “how to play your HD files with WiiMC”.
cadbuscaParticipantWorks fine under SMB. Report it as a bug in the tracker.
cadbuscaParticipantReport it as a bug in the tracker.
cadbuscaParticipantI can confirm that this will not play on WIIMC. I suggest yo report it as a bug in the tracker.
cadbuscaParticipantI’d guess the aspect ratio you are using does not match that of the movie. You can also use settings to change the output size of the picture if it is larger than the physical screen.
cadbuscaParticipantI don’t understand your question. Have you read these forums and tried VLC Shares?
cadbuscaParticipantPerhaps that is your problem. Subtitles are not str files.
cadbuscaParticipantThis has been reported for many versions yet no one has posted it as a bug in the tracker under the development tab above. Post the names of the movie file and the subtitle file you are using and attach the subtitle file and a 7 meg snip from the front of the movie file in the tracker so this can be fixed. Use “Partcopy” http://www.virtualobjectives.com.au/utilitiesprogs/partcopy.htm to get the snip.
July 24, 2011 at 1:03 am in reply to: WIIMC+ Enhancement Pack Version 9 for WIIMC 1.1.8@ SVN971 #29231cadbuscaParticipantI cannot help with the channel becuse I have always started from the Homebrew menu, however I have done nothing to prevent WIIMC+ from working the same way that WIIMC does.
How did you get your “youtube playlist”. If you do a search then clicking on an entry should work.
Make sure your restore_points file has at least one blank line in it. Even better, copy the restore_points file from wiimc to wiimc-plus.
I assume you have installed WIIMC+ V9B.
