Thanks. I’ll give it a shot. Sucks about the fat32. I’m going to have to reformat and transfer this whole beast again… Oh well, at least I have netflix to tie me over for the next day or two.

No it uses IOS58, the official IOS by Nintendo.
Correct me if I am wrong anyone.
And I am pretty sure you need a 2.5tb or 3tb drive to experience the issues I am having, not a 2tb.

‘Tis correct. 2TB should work just fine out of the box, but anything over that uses 4kb sector sizes which isn’t supported just yet.

    I have a WD Essentials 3TB USB 3.0 Harddrive.
    – Crashes WiiMC
    – Crashes HBC
    – When I try to run the USB tester app, I plugged in the drive when asked, and when I started the test, it crashed.
    – CFG USB Loader v70, however, works fine. I mention it because you guys said that a library you were using was the cause of the incompatibility, so I thought you could have a look and see what CFG is using, and use that instead.

I am having the same problem. I have a 3TB USB 3.0 Seagate GoFlex Drive.
