I think the overscan issue has been resolved for 1.1.1 (its not an issue for me, so im not sure)

this is in the changelog:
[shift all GUI elements inwards for those with severe overscan]

as for your HDD not showing, I would pm rodries, he has beta’s that have been successful for some.

I think you put it in apps if your updating through HBC

update should remove previous version automatically

I dont really know a lot about mac’s
but i would try earlier releases of wiiMC before you go formatting your HDD
some issues with 1.0.9 are being ironed out at the moment.

The channel is just a forwarder to the app (a shortcut through the HBC if you like)

the channel can be deleted from your SD card after installation if you wish, but not WiiMC itself.

1.0.7 onwards uses ios58
all previous versions use ios202

uninstall ios202 with Any Title Deleter

be careful about what you delete, ios202 is in system titles 😉

It actually feels a little slower for me, it has to buffer slightly when skipping forward/back
it also takes a little longer to load larger files than it used to, although booting time for the app is no different 😕
