I think you have to change the codepage to the one appropriate for Japanese. Be sure to use the latest SVN.

I told you, the format was bad. I tried to guess the encoding and convert it to UTF-8, but I guess I was unsuccessful. You must send it to me in true UTF-8. This is what it looked like to me:
