I’m having the same problem. Youtube was working fine yesterday (I never tried any of the other online media sources), but today I just get “Error loading file.” for any online media (immediately after clicking Youtube, Shoutcast, whatever. I don’t get any kind of channel selection). And it is NOT something other than WiiMC that is the problem, because every single other program (including Shoutcast stream from some other media player and Youtube through the Internet Channel) is working perfectly. Downgrading to 1.1.2 didn’t help.
edit: With the lower version, it DOES prompt me to update and it DOES successfully download the update. So it’s not a problem with my connection or with WiiMC connecting to the network. But it’s not getting onto my FTP server either, not even a client connected message.
edit 2: “Navi Xtreme Media Portal” DOES work, I didn’t try it before because it sounded awful. And it IS awful, so it doesn’t really help me. And after connecting to it, the OLM menu has 2 entries for it, 2 entries for Shoutcast Radio, 2 entries for Shoutcast Search, and so on for everything. Wow, online media is pretty broken.
